- Γεννήθηκα το 1969 στη Χώσεψη. Ένα ορεινό χωριό του νομού Άρτας, κλεισμένο ανάμεσα στα βουνά και στις ράχες. Αυτή η φυσική φυλακή των παιδικών μου χρόνων, φυλακή του ματιού, περιορισμένο από το ερμητικά κλειστό τοπίο, συντέλεσε σημαντικά στην πορεία μου. Πέρασα μέσα από το σχέδιο, τη ζωγραφική, την αγιογραφία κι απο εκεί στη φωτογραφία. Και μετά, σα φυσική συνέπεια, στο σκοτεινό θάλαμο. Στη ζωγραφική με υλικό το φως αυτή τη φορά. Αυτό είναι για μένα ο σκοτεινός θάλαμος. //////////// I was born in 1969 in Chosepsi, a mountains village in the prefecture of Arta - Greece. This natural prison of my childhood, a visual prison limited by the tightly sealed landscape, contributed immensely to my future advancement. I've been engaged in sketching, painting and religious painting and thenceforth to photography.
